This is to apprise the general public that the National Youth Empowerment Commission is giving a number of undergraduate scholarship to qualified Nigerian students. The purpose of the program is to promote academic excellent and improved skills among young Nigerians. We invite Full time degree student in recognized Nigerian tertiary institution to apply

ELIGIBILITY:

You must be in your first year or second year students in 2012/2013 academic session for you to apply
Criteria For Scholarship:

Applicant must submit scanned copies (electronically) or photocopy by hand (manually) of the following

* Your SSCE/GCE Result
* Your Jamb/University admission letter
* Local Government identification letter that is duly signed by your council Chairman or Secretary
* one of your recent passport photograph with your name written on the back of it

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Send your application and credentials by email or by hand (postOffice). Your application will contain the following information.

*Your Full name, surname first
*Title, (Mr/Mrs/Miss)
*Phone Number
* E-Mail Address
* Name Of Institution
* Your course of Study
* Duration of your course study
* Session of your admission
* Year and Mode Of entry
*Your Matriculation Number
*Jamb Registration Number
*Current CGPA (At time of application)
*Your state of Origin
*Your LGA
*Postal address
*Your permanent address.

For those that are submitting their application by hand (Manually) should submit to:

Envelop should be marked “12/13 NAYEC Scholarship Awards” for those applying manually.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicant that are in year one and that are yet to have CGPA as at the time of application should indicate ‘NIL’ for CGPA.

Applicant should make sure they provide true details about them in their application because all the information provided will be verified.

False information leads to automatic disqualification of your application.

Applicant who have not regularized their admission with JAMB need not apply

Applicant that are shortlisted will be contacted.

  • Pls i strogle to finish my primary and secondary education i would have love to furder it since they say education is the key to success an i came from warri north which is oil producing area but stil no development.so am plead wit federal goverment to help me wit scholaship please
