Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into full-time degree programmes in the following Colleges and programmes of the University.
The minimum entry requirements for admission into Landmark University are credit level passes in 5 subjects at the SSCE/GCE O’Level / NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent obtained at not more than two sittings. The subjects passed must include English Language, Mathematics and other subjects relevant to the proposed course of study.
Candidates are also to note that there are other requirements that may be specific to a College and/or a Programme.
Candidates applying to Landmark University should note the following:
*.Candidates must have sat for the 2013/2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) of the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board (JAMB) and attained the prescribed cut-off marks as a statutory requirement for entry into Nigerian Universities.
.Applicants are strongly advised to ensure that their UTME subject combination qualifies them for their chosen programme in Landmark University.
.Candidates who did not choose Landmark University in the 2013/2014 UTME are free to apply for admission into the university.
.In addition to the above. Landmark University conducts a Post-UTME screening exercise for all candidates seeking admission to the University and applicants may not be admitted without fulfilling the demands of the screening exercise.
College of Agricultural Sciences
.Interested candidates must have credit level passes in five (5) subjects in the SSCE/GCE O’Level/ NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent obtained at not more than two sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology/Agricultural Science.
.Special consideration/waiver may be given to candidates with a pass in Physics but credit in Geography or Economics. The degree programmes available in the College are as follows:
*.B.Agric (Soil Science, Crop Science, Animal Science. Agricultural Extension & Rural Development, Agricultural Economics) (5 years)
College of Science and Engineering
.Candidates must have credit level passes in five (5) subjects in the SSCE/GCE O’Level /NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent obtained at not more than two sittings, The 5 credit passes must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other science subjects.

School of Science
Minimum of credit level passes in five (5) subjects in the SSCE/GCE O’Level/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent obtained at not more than two sittings. The 5 credit passes must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and two other science subjects preferably Biology and any other subject.
.B.Sc Computer Science (4 years) Candidates must additionally have credit passes in any of Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science or Geography
*.B.Sc Biochemistry (4yrs
*.B.Sc Microbiology (4yrs) Candidates applying for 2,3,4 must additionally have credit level passes in Biology and Chemistry)
.B.Sc Industrial Chemistry (4yrs) Candidates must additionally have credit passes in Chemistry and one other science subject.
.B.Sc Physics (4yrs) (ICT option, Communication option, Renewable Energy option, Electronics options, Geophysics option) Candidates must additionally have credit passes in Chemistry and one other science subject.
.B.Sc Industrial Mathematics (4yrs)
Candidates must additionally have credit passes in any other two science subjects or one science subject and one social science subject may be considered.
School of Engineering
Minimum of credit level passes in five (5) subjects in the SSCE/GCE O’Level /NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent obtained at not more than two sittings must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and one other subject selected from among Biology, Agric Science, Further Mathematics or Technical Drawing.

Minimum of five (5) credit level passes in the SSCE/GCEO’Level/ NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent, obtained in not more than two sittings.

*.B.Sc Business Administration (4years) Candidates applying for 2 & 3 must additionally have credit level passes in either, Economics, Business Methods, Commerce or Accounting and any other subject.
School of Social Sciences
The degree programmes available in the school are as follows:

*.Candidates must additionally have credit level passes in Economics; any one of Government, History, Commerce, Account, Business Studies; and any one science subject.

*.Candidates applying for 5,6 must additionally have credit level passes in Economics and History or Government and any other subject.
.B.Sc Sociology (4yrs)
Candidates must additionally have credit level passes in any three Social Science/ commercial/Art Subjects
Method of Application
.Visit our admission application portal via http://admission.lmu.edu.ng to complete the application payment form
.Complete the application payment form with the necessary and accurate details. Please note that your UTME registration number, availed email address and GSM number will be required
.After completing and submitting the application payment form, a preview of the application will be displayed. Verify its authenticity and correctness, then click on “Pay” button to make payment.
.You will be redirected to the payment page where you are expected to make payment of N5.000 application along with a processing charge depending on the payment channel selected.
Please note that you will need an ATM Card (Verve, Visa, MasterCard or E-Tranzact Card) to complete your payment.
.After completing the payment. you will be redirected back to our admission portal and a message and sms containing your login credential and further details will be forwarded to the supplied email address and phone number respectively,
.You are expected to return to our Admission application portal via http://admission.lmu.edu.ng/app to login with the credentials, upload your passport (which must be in JPEG format and not more than 200KB in size) and complete your application form.
.After completing the application form, you are expected to submit and print out copies of the completed form, which contains the details supplied by you and your application form number.
.Please note that there will be POST-UTME screening exercise, which will take place at a later date to be announced.
Further information will be communicated via the email address and phone number supplied while filling the application fee form.
.All applicants being screened shall pay an administrative processing fee of N1000.
Please Note:The screening will be computer based and will take place at Landmark University, Omu-Aran, Kwara State.
.You are expected to come along with the original copies and photocopies of all necessary documents.
.All Qualifications claimed by applicants in order to fulfill the prescribed entry requirements must have been obtained on or before student’s registration time.
.Intending students of Landmark University must be God-fearing and be unreservedly committed to obeying Him.
