Students of the Ekiti State University have begun the first semester 2012/2013 examination under a cordial atmosphere. The examination which had been delayed due to the five-month ASUU strike saw several students writing in the various examination halls of the University.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oladipo Aina and other Principal Officers monitored the exercise and were impressed with the decent conduct of the examination at all levels.
Professor Aina re-stated the commitment of the University to produce graduates who will be relevant globally.
The Vice-Chancellor urged the students to always confirm from official sources as regards information on examination timetable and other issues rather than unofficial outlets.
