At its meeting of Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Senate reviewed the situation that informed its earlier decision that the portals be kept opened till July 10, 2015. Senate observed that a significant percentage of students were yet to register consequent on their inability to pay their fees.

Senate, therefore, approved that:

(i) Portals be left opened till August 10, 2015 for the payment of outstanding school fees for 2013/2014 academic session and the Harmattan Semester of 2014/2015 academic session, after which no further extension would be granted;

(ii) The 2014/2015 Harmattan Semester Examinations should resume as follows:

(a) Remaining 100-Level CBT examinations are rescheduled for Tuesday
to Friday, July 21 – 24, 2015; –

(b) 200 – 500-Level students with carryover courses in 100-Level are to
take them with the current 100-Level students as in (ii)(a) above; and

(c) 200 – 500-Level CBT and Non-CBT examinations will take place as will be reflected in the new time-table to be released by the Examinations and Time-Table Committee.
