Those trying to forge certificates issued by the National Examinations Council (NECO) for its Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) should not waste their time as the Registrar of the examinations body says they cannot be successful.

Prof Promise Okpala during a media parley in Minna, said that the council has forge-proofed its certificates with 18 security features undetectable by people. He added that with the features, it is easier to forge a currency than the certificate.

The professor of Educational Evaluation said the body was forced to strengthen its certificate since it cannot completely dissuade fraudsters from engaging in the crime.continue reading
